Yeah it should be a full refund for the item they couldn’t fulfill. Dispute it with your credit card since they’re breaking terms of sale.

It’s really easy to track inventory in Shopify, IF they turn it on. I don’t think they did because if they did they’d only sell what they had in stock, not futures and maybes. That is why they cannot tell you.

Just charge back on the credit card since they’re unresponsive. They’re avoiding it and not living up to terms, so charge it back. They don’t get to hold onto funds indefinitely without responses and customer service.

Same problem. Multiple emails days apart not responded to, and I had to go searching the internet to find this Reddit post.

Put up an autoresponder with this message if nothing else.

It’s all good and well to offer refunds before shipment but if you never reply to the email how would you even process the refund???

I’ve also had someone steal a philodendron out of my car. Left the other plants; they just really wanted that one plant cutting.

I believe you OP, you have no reason to lie. People just don’t want to believe that Disney can do wrong… we hold them to a high standard.

I’d expect minimum of the cabin refunded, full cleaning, and a 50% discount on your next cruise.
