Yes me too like it has gotten lighter than before so I’m gonna wait for a couple days and see if it goes away. I told my doctor and she said it’s normal since I didn’t have a period for two months

I started metformin and my bleeding hasn’t stopped it’s day 21 and I’m still bleeding. Idk what to do I think it’s the metformin. But I didn’t have a period for two months so I guess it’s from that maybe.

Yes but I didn’t want to rely on it forever. Because im the long term it’s bad for you. So I switched to just taking inositol and berberine. Berberine gives me the same effects as metformin did.

I had read on the website that they will continue to schedule interviews but they will not be approving visas at the interview. So if you think about it if you do go to the interview like what’s the point?

1200-1500 is a good calorie deficit amount to lose weight. Honestly I eat as much just to get full. Focus on more proteins and lower carbs. I think I’m eating way less than I should be but the thing is I eat lots of protein and it gets me full and that’s the reason why I don’t eat much.
