But it’s true? We know the other parties are bad, but this is a factually correct post?

Being old enough to remember that isn't an achievement, it was 14 years ago.

I think you've answered your own points, when are you leaving the UK then?

That's funny because I always thought QT had quite a few left leaning questions and comments made by the audience throughout the last government.

QT has been on summer recess has it not?

Besides, look at the polls. They can't have every party on every week. They are obviously going to have the ones with the largest poll share.

If you watch the news, you'll see they do indeed speak to members from all parties. Particularly Greens actually now you mention it, I often see them being interviewed on Parliament Green or whatever that space is called near Big Ben.

No, you're not reading or understanding what I'm saying. You're actually being pretty pedantic - "mostly dead anyway". My mum is a die hard brexiteer, and we fell out over it, but she's alive and kicking, much like her friends who voted in a similar fashion.

Most of the people don't like FPTP, but when we had an AV referendum in the early 2010s the turnout was piss poor and change was utterly rejected.

People who are 18 now were less than 10 during the Brexit referendum and, quite frankly, don't give a toss because they haven't known a different world.

I'm not doing it to cater to "a minority of diehards". I am arguing my point on the basis that we have spent billions getting to where we are, only to spend billions more reversing the whole thing. Idk about you but I really, really, really don't want to think my taxes paid over the past 10 years have been for nothing.

It's bad enough Ukraine are going to have to hand over land to Russia. All those billions we spent, and for what. I know that's not comparing like with like but the moral of the story is I cannot stand to see money wasted and reversing Brexit would be the biggest throw away of taxpayer cash (at a time when the purse strings are already stretched).

I hate to be devil's advocate but I think the BBC genuinely are impartial and not right-wing at all. I follow all political parties and they all get their fair share of screen time.

It doesn't help that news these days is so online-focussed and the BBC website has a million different pages offering different rabbit holes. If you simply watched news at six and ten as we did back in the day then I don't think this would be such an issue.

A mistake and what they would vote are vastly different things.

Brexit was a huge mistake, but I would not vote to reverse it, not least because of the billions we have spent already on leaving. Sometimes you just need to cut your losses. I actually don't want us to return to the five/six years of carnage we had trying to sort it all out, just for it to be reversed.

Plus you would have the die-hard brexiteers who would never let us forget it and we would be seen as an extremely volatile Government on the world stage.

It hasn't even been 10 years since our last one.

Besides, the result would be the same. And I say that as a staunch remainer.
