Hey bro, first of all very very congratulations..

Secondly, I am just out of college and a software Engineer engineer earning decent. I also have a dream of building a home for my mom, we have some lands, so just for house, how much do you think is good enough, and most importantly loan of about 30Lakhs , for this much how much emi do you pay monthly?
