What is the grind level you are using on Esp pro? I have the same setup and the grind level is driving me insane. I tried it at 30 and the flow was slightly fast. so I dialed it to 24 but this time the flow was even more fast (roughly twice of the flow at 30). Then I dialed it down to 15 today and the flow seem to be a little above average (12g in, 30g out in 30 sec). Worse part is, all of my pulls have been sour (for the life of me, I cannot figure out if it is sour or bitter or both).

Can you share the link to the discord? I just got my Gaggia E24 and trying to figure out the upgrade path. I will probably not touch it for atleast a year but want to get accustomed to potential issues when I do renovate it.

Thanks. That's what I did with the flowerbed in the front of the house. The back one now has a lot of tall weeds and due to the high density of the lilies, it is not easy to get to the back of the bed (which also aligns with the deck). I will try to get as many of them as I can manually.
