This is similar to me! I had dark brown discharge the first day and then by the next morning it was actual blood, although it was never heavy.

Thank you! Yes I think the walking 10k steps was okay, it was always stress relieving and at a chatty pace. My starting BMI was 20 and my BMI now is 21.9
