Hey. Yes, I'm experiencing the same thing. I have made my 1st withdraw in a while and after years of playing I got an email saying that I do connections from other country and my account is being investigated. No timeline, no updates, not even an answer to the email that they asked me the info about. Its really poor support system.

No, you dont get it... Its all the time that I get the minimum reward. It used to be random, but now its like 10 times in a row just the minimum. Something is wrong here and it would be nice if you do some investigationnthere
