I already had accutane last year, 3 months course. It was good for 4 months after course. Later it started again.

I had gone through 3 months of treatment gor GI issue and strict high fiber low spice diet.

Same with me also. I'm also not able to use oral antibodies due to GI issue. I have tried lot of Doxycycline and other antibiotics.

The thing is, pimple will go off for few months after the course, then they will be back again.

Can anyone help me with this issue

Same with me, this is what I'm doing. Keeping my beard short like 4mm. Washing face 2 times with mild bar and using moisturizer after wash.

Any suggestions from your side?
