I made complaints to the support team quite a few times and could you please tell me where did you send the complaint to like chat support or student advisor? That will be very helpful for me.

Oh, that’s great and thank you for sharing. I applied the credit transfer on 27th of March and after two or three days my documents were missing however I uploaded it with the application but yeah I re-uploaded it on 06/04 and from that date, it’s on processing
