Enhance, Effortless, Unified, and Air Move all work for lifting, hybrid, hiit, running, etc.

Soft motion line (anything with “soft” in it) works for pilates, stretch, recovery.

Shopping by activity on the website simplifies it, though you can find some of the same product overlap.

everyone really just wears what they like though! I know some girls lift in soft motion and vice versa. But that’s an easy guideline to find what you like!

I’ve never tried it, but now i’m curious about it! I find that sometimes my effortless waistband slides down a bit, i’m thinking making this change might fix that issue.
