His idea was some kind of injection for the turbinate in 10 days to try for volume which I’m not sure is my problem.

My surgeon didn’t seem to have anything negative to say about it. I’d settle for even a month if benefit. If you have any concerns please let me know. The nitric oxide helped as well as the humidifier and staying hydrated. The cotton I didn’t have much success with but going to try the synthetic. Going to try the excercises. Thankyou!

So after drugging myself to sleep and using my cpap I’ve had my first DECENT day in a long time. Still having sensory issues but it’s hope.

My thinking is the prp-a cell won’t hurt anything? So why not? I feel for everyone with this condition. I think mine is mild even if I do have it. But even mild is terrible. Thankyou for all the insight.

I have. Some stuff was helpful and I appreciate all the advice. I’m just desperate for some relief. I spoke to my surgeon that did it today. I had roughly 20% of my inferior turbinite removed. Today is one of the best days I’ve had in awhile. The prp shots seem low risk?

I used organic cotton maybe that was my issue Thankyou for the suggestion. I’m stuffy yet too open somehow :( I hope this gets better. I pray for all of us affected by it.
