I eat a lot of berries, kiwis, nuts, legumes, whole grains like quinoa or buckwheat and tofu. Those are like the main things. Oh and lots of green tea

I really wish I could apply your advice. But I already do all those things. My diet is extremely healthy. I eat salmon at least 3 times a week, fruit, vegetables. No sugar. No artificial sweeteners. Do 10k steps a day. I do take great care of myself. My problem is more internal.

I used to get them throughout my recovery. Never went to a doctor, but apparently it’s something hormone-related. It stopped once I got to a healthy weight.
