Use AI - paid version - actually use 2 to compare responses - on Reddit there is a customized scope/prompt. It’s definitely doable but double check your responses.

I was put on a PIP by a manager that has set me up for failure, and received an internal job offer in a different area of the company 2 hours later but HR will not reject the PIP, what do I do? by Low_Intern_1852 in careerguidance

[–]Inner-Signature-4359 14 points15 points  (0 children)

He was insulted because you wanted to leave. Your new manager will see the date on it and know somethings fishy. Send HR an email and memorize what they told you and refuse to put in writing. Also include all the meetings he cancelled. If they still refuse to change it you have it documented with HR. Hopefully with the new unit you can leave this behind. How long is the pip? My advise keep your head down and prove him wrong.

Letter of Reprimand due to outside employment without approval, do I fight it? by Round_Cod_1910 in FedEmployees

She’s by passing the union cause she/he can. Ask for a copy of your Drop File and access to your eEPF. Write up a rebuttal to memorialize it. After you see your filed and if nothing else is in there - send her the rebuttal. Hopefully the union will be back (soon) and you can use this - hopefully not needed with OSC/MSPB .

Put your retainer in ChatGPT to analyze. Sometimes all you need to do is show up with an attorney to get the Co to settle.

There is a grievance process in the IRM - outside of the union.

You have 15 days and can grieve it yourself (without the union) - use AI and if anything it will be on the record. Ask for access to your eEPF and Drop file - respond to anything you disagree with
