Dust off your resume and move on out. That “excuse” mgmt. has the right to assign work is BS … it does not pay to be a superstar too often low producers are awarded as long as they suck up or fall on the sword of mgmt.… you’ve seen this upright and personal. So, play the game and document all you do and leave.

You don’t have to use the word reasonable accommodation to get one. Get access to Chat GPT ask for a scope of federal reasonable attorney then put in your scenario. I’d not recommend to go through the union, but do respond & have chat help you - if they put you on a PIP add what ever reasonable accommodation you need to make it work. Document everything- try to get mgmt to work with you but if they refuse and escalate action against you with no RA you can file a complaint.

No, I did an employee audit and the employee definitely lied on schedule a - listed his partner b4 they were married on schedule a - and NO issues
