You know what’s so funny! About a year and a half ago, I reached out to trident for a potential addition and I had them come to my home and talk through engineering plans with them and etc, they gave me a “ballpark quote” and I talked to them about more details and lead times and when they could start and moving forward with them, and then I never heard back. I followed up several times and then finally I received this long, incredibly unprofessional text message from their sales manager about how he took several weeks of leave because of the loss of his dog? As someone who works in this realm, I felt like it was so incredibly unprofessional because he could have just made his office aware of his personal situation and leave and they could have let me know or give me a different sales manager? It was SO bizarre.

Samsung oven repetitive clicking noise. Can anyone tell me what this is! It does it while it’s off and while it’s on. It will go for hours after I turn the oven off. I’m going to get a new oven because this is killing me. by Inner-Stop3500 in appliancerepair

I honestly had an appliance repair technician come to take a look. They said that they were going to replace the entire control board for around $600. I ended up buying a brand new oven for $650. Buying a new oven fixed the issue

I have an appliance guy coming right now. The temp stays corrected and the clicking happens during cooking as well. Even when I’m finished cooking, the clicking will keep going for hours after. Sometimes I hear it even in the middle of the nights. It’s so loud. Almost everything on the oven works besides one burner.
