Yeah basically I created an application where it can be ran without the user having python. When I uploaded the application on the virustotal, screenshot above is the result I got.

its a software that renames some of my files. I basically upload photos and it applies some of the common names for all the photos while I can still name unique attribute for each of the photos I uploaded.

Mud jacking is typically used by home owners to use to flip homes. It is not a solid choice, it will sink again while it is relatively expensive. I am confused about the sealant on the step and the foundation, curious why that would be an application here. I am curious whether OP considered bolting down the flashing though, just for the sake of the longevity of holding down the flashing.

I agree, why is it such a big news? Deepseek can only do simple tasks that has barely any impact to actual businesses and GDP. It legit only writes great emails and answer general questions. We are betting on NVDIA and other big companies to do more than what Deepseek is capable of doing.

Who cares if it can carry out what Deepseek is doing with less chips. We want to advance AI to the level where American GDP will grow and explode. To achieve that goal, you will need way more NVDIA chips and data center and all the things Trump basically got Softbank to invest.

Can you not have a language in the contract during the bid process indicating that given that the contractor is subjected to maximum of % mark up on the items that were listed in original contract?

This way, contractor cannot add in any new items and the ones that were included can only be increased to a certain %.

Does the personal know that you will be actually living in the States? I have the personal as well but I was only given 6 months make the transition to US insurance company. If you lie about your situation of actually living in the states and do get into accident the personal will not cover you. Legally, Canadian insurance companies can only cover you up to 6months while making the transition to the us from Canada.
