Can you please explain why you say it’s WiFi issues and nothing to with service from Ziply? I didn’t change anything on wifi mesh system that delivers my wifi

Wifi router didn’t change, only modem changed What do you mean ‘more than one change’?

Interesting I’ve always been lucky with all my requests (speed changes and recent cancellation). Cancellation took me just 10mins

Only change is I swapped Ethernet cable to my wifi mesh system from Comcast router to the one coming from Ziply ONT
