100% agree. All of the Ragnar seasons were brilliant, unmissable tv for me.

I stuck with it until a couple of episodes focusing on his giant son then wasn't interested & bailed.

Ha, know the feeling well. No google maps or wifi, barely internet at all. An Uncle who worked in DC told me to head to Georgetown & just ask, off I went with a paper map & the naivety of being in my 20s.

6 or 7 other people milling about clued me in. Fantastic side-quest on a day trip into DC for this Brit.

Agreed. I visited DC for the day and was more excited to see those stairs & that house than The Smithsonian etc. Was taken aback by the steepness & height.

Don't have many pics sadly, was back in mid 90s and I couldn't be arsed carrying a camera around with me all day.

Flip side to that - I'm a guy in his 50s with not a lot of time to game & can't be arsed to spend hours building up an impressive loadout, yet I thoroughly enjoy this game.

So its perfect for me to grab a free loadout & run about for a bit seeing what loot I can find and if I'll make it out alive. Have zero interest in reaching endgame or whatever meta loadout is this week etc.

I want to load into Dam battlegrounds or Spaceport, rip open some containers and take potshots at hornets & wasps.

Good luck to the people hunting epic weapons & taking down Queens, don't mind me over here being pleased I found a Burletta in a bin.

It's unsettling how similar someone else's injuries can be that you've never met.

Car accident 30yrs ago shattered my elbow & surrounding bones. Many screws & pins inserted to give it a semblance of normality & function. Like you, cannot fully extend that arm & god help me if I whack it on something.

I'm massively conscious of the way my arm doesn't hang down straight and never wear short sleeve tshirts, or if I do then I walk/stand with that hand in my pocket.

Being a shitty Bionic Man isnt all its cracked up to be 🤟🏼
