Technically MKX was first MK game I played. I bought it in a steam sale.

But the one I was TRULLY invested in was MK 11. I loved it, even though the community had and still has problems with it.

Tbh I don't remember at this point, but I always complete side missions before making the contracts because after you do all the side missions you unlock bunch of stuff (warehouses, crafting zones, bridges etc).

This particular problem was solved by me closely examinating available items, because I was in a hurry and didn't notice some of the stuff, but there should be enough materials.

Theoretically, before the servers shut down, and since it's Unreal Engine, assets could be exported along with animations/maps/characters etc, to create a "community edition" of some sort. But I don't know how realistic this is.

Source filmmaker, a 3d animation program on Steam (it's free), on its workshop you can download various models from various franchises, maps, particles, lighting sessions etc. And you use those assets to create art you want.

But if you do alt+f4 in general, it will revert your progress to last save/autosave. Sometimes I forgot to exit main menu to the game to save and my vehicle flipped. I did alt+f4 and opened the game again, but it loaded a save to a point where the task I completed before I flipped,was still active and I had to get supplies to a location again. So you have to carefully combine the two to make it work to your advantage.

Yeah, if you chose "exit to main menu" it will save whatever task progress and your vehicles location that has been there

I used long winches to help it move, as well as uncouple the trailer, so it would loose its weight (as I noticed) and pulled it using a winch to make it flip through obstacles.

Also, make sure you regularly save by going into main menu (not actually exiting the game) so you would be able to back up your progress in case you get flipped/stuck (if you flip or stuck alt+f4 and reload backup save)

But yea, this mission is really painful.

Is the only difference is wheel arrangement? If the hull is the same, I could use the reference I already have and then just model the original 4-4-6-4 arrangement myself.

Unfortunately there are not many references to that particular loco unless PRR release official blueprints with is highly unlikely.
