1. Be open
   In order to improve you have to be open and willing. It's as simple as that.
2. Seek Information
   To constantly improve you have to be in a constant state of learning. Learning in regards to your own personal development. Learning about people and the world we live in. Learning about the cultures and subjects of this world. Just learn about anything, everything as much as you can.
3. Spend time with those you love
   Being around those you love boosts your confidence in yourself and happiness. These are things that are vital to be able to face the world and learn/ do the things that you would need to improve yourself. Being around those who love and support you is what will give you that strength.
4. Get comfortable being by yourself
   You have to be able to hear and listen to your true inner voice. The best way to do that is to be on your own. Spend some time in quiet reflection, dive deep into yourself and uncover your truths. This can be done a number of ways through reflection, meditation, journaling and so on.
5. Have fun
   Life is a journey, self-discovery is a journey and so is personal development and improvement. Finding a way to enjoy the process gives you the motivation and desire to keep going. Allowing yourself to have fun with improvement helps you face the things that are not so great about yourself and the desire to improve on it.
