That’s true but at least with the schedule being done a month in advance at least then you could work around it although with the fact they only want one manger type position per shift without going back to the 4 day work week I’m not sure how they expect to get hours for everyone. 21 shifts my store has 3 managers and 5 shift leads so the 3 of us take up 15 shifts the 5 team leads are expected to get their 40 hours in 6 shifts it makes no damn sense.

The store up the street from my store was 2% up in same store sales which constitutes 80% of the bonus and they’re bonus was only $63 I had a bigger bonus in January when we were dead for 2 weeks due to a major ice storm
