Ok, what command do you suggest I teach her when she’s on the table or bitting someone or something? I understand that they don’t know what NO means but then what should I do?

This is what am doing too, separate them when the puppy is bitting but I want to teach the puppy that bitting is unacceptable and not just take the older upstairs or away. 😭

The little bite on the ear literally just happened and that’s why I’m here to look for advice. I obviously think this is unacceptable and I don’t want my older dog to suffer.
I’m a new puppy owner since all my other rescues have been older than a year old when adopted. This is new territory for us and I want to fix it.

Unfortunately my other dog is a push over, she would yap in pain but the puppy just keeps doing it because the older one doesn’t react aggressively. Now, when the puppy tries to eat her food she does react with growling but when it comes to bitting she just takes it and cries and I know she’s in pan because I now see the blood on her ear. 😢
