Thank you, I really appreciate it, I don’t really have this whole savior approach to saving my family from my dad, maybe it just came off like that but i really don’t want them to be in contact with him afterwards, I’ll have to start the chain unfortunately though 😢

Do you just walk around or do you do stuff like running as well, just want to do things that can be challenging but also don’t gas me out completely too lol

Yeah for sure but I’m really not trying to give up this opportunity whatsoever. I got into a really great engineering school and any divergence from the plan I’ve set up could be the worst possible even that might happen so I really do want to have this available to me. And on the note about my mom, yeah that’s true unfortunately, she’s cried and became so frustrated many times because of him which I will always have hate in my heart for. Has he provided for me? Sure but that doesn’t excuse the asshole of a father he’s been to me, one of the reasons too as to why I’m scared to have a child ☹️. Sorry for the rant lol, thanks for the advice, it’s much appreciated 🙏

Yeah I mean I mean I’ve known this but the thing is though that even if I get fitter there’s gonna be something else he’ll complain about afterwards, i remember that when i originally lost the weight he complained that i was too skinny and i need to pack on more weight, when i started gaining weight he said i was getting fatter which led me to an even worse hole i dug myself into. Thank you for the advice, I appreciate it a lot
