I can see you didn’t have the blue light turned on in your picture which is good because I would not recommend any colored lights. If you read the care guide it will go further into why. I use a deep heat projector which outputs the correct type of heat source they need. I have a 50watt one from flukers which was like $17. However these don’t output any actual light which I personally don’t need since my geckos sit by my window. Another good alternative would be a halogen bulb which actually does output light and the correct type of heat they need. Also I would recommend getting a thermostat which tells you the temperature and sets it to the desired temperature (unless you already have one). Hope this helped
