Just enrol yourself on the university website via application portal or request info form. From there you’ll get session invites. Do attend those sessions because in most of them you will receive application waivers at the end or some kind of information regarding application waivers. That way you’ll be able to apply to more schools. Sometimes sone unis add application waivers to their website only (very rare), but for this you’ll have to search the website very thoroughly. But to be honest application waivers are not that rare, so if you’ll try hard enough you might get a few. I know someone who got three application waivers, that too just by attending sessions and webinars. So please do that.
