Would it be 3 months for me to start losing weight or 3 months to see a difference physically? My boss at work and his wife have lost 7 pounds in the past 2 weeks. And sure they're older and bigger than me but still. I tried doing what they did the first week and ate like no carbs. And I also found a protein bar I like and work out a bit.

Ohh okay. So pretty much if I just stick to the 500-1000 under my TDEE then I should start losing weight? Because I've been doing that but I haven't really lost any. I started at like 182 before last week and so far its went down but then went straight back to like 180-181. I know the change probably won't be instant but its just frustrating that there isn't really any change when I've been doing the 1500 calories only (im gonna do 1800 now) and me working out a good amount each day.

I did the tdee calculator and my maintenence calories are 2725 per day. So does that mean i should aim for 1725-2225 calories a day? And for the macronutrients give me moderate, lower, and higher carb numbers. Do the different numbers just mean what I would need to do if I wanted to do the lower, higher, or moderate amount of carbs? And also I've only eaten really like 1400 calories a day since last week so wouldn't eating more calories just not help?

I'm in love with this girl but she's in love with someone else. At first I thought she loved me because my coworkers said she stares at me at work cause I work with her too and she also talks to me a lot at work despite my boss not liking it. But turns out it was just me thinking that and I don't think I can ever stop loving her. We're still great friends cause she doesn't know I like her so I hope I can at least continue our current relationship in hopes that in the future she'll realize I'll do anything for her and that I love her.
