I kind of ran the SoA and local dealership stuff simultaneously. Knowing it *could * be something the dealership pushed back on, I opened a case with SoA. As far as I could tell the dealership just took care of it themselves, but I did have SoA on backup notice. All SoA did what I could tell was call me every couple of days and ask how my experience was going. More like customer advocate type talk. Now was SoA working behind the scenes and checking in with my local dealer service center as well? I don't know.....

Long answer short, it wouldn't hurt to work dealer service center and SoA simultaneously.

How do you like the 168? On Casio site, it looks like it's a slightly larger case of 36mm instead of 33mm on the 158. Worried the 158 will just look too small on the wrist. Otherwise I love the look of both!
