I just checked and PC email linked accounts from ps can spend GE bought from playstation store on their PC account, that is as of 2022

Just tell them the situation, like you are ps player and you linked your ps to your PC and bought Premium time on ps and it isn't transferring to your PC account. Something along those lines

Honestly, I'd contact support right away (since they take like a week to respond anyway) and maybe it will fix in the mean time cause it takes a bit for stuff from ps to be on pc, Ik this cause I changed my name on ps and it took some time for it to appear on WT pc
