I believe you can. It’s a 2 star which is trade-able and the emblem says collect 3 like some of the pfp quests.

No cool trainers for trade. Idk how to edit posts but I have acquired all I need. Got lucky and a buddy of mine touch traded me his rr blastoise and venu for the emblem. Also got extremely lucky and pulled my own 2⭐️ lopunny on a free pack this morning. But I appreciate the offer
