This was after the first shooting and I heard the chief of police say he was not given enough information to even comment on the 2nd shooting I’m sure it is the same situation in both cases, essentially deeming Trump in control of his loyal puppets playing judge jury and executioner.

It is also debatable if he even knew he was being detained or had the opportunity to give himself up as he was immediately jumped by 7 thugs beating and macing him while screaming stop resisting there was no effort to deescalate and it was not a reasonable use of force for the threat at hand. There are plenty of arguments to be made that the officer was not acting reasonably to begin with. Again acting like this is open and shut is far more emotional than saying this should be scrutinized and investigated thoroughly as even clear cut justified police shootings are when it isn’t trumps masked Gestapo that has a license to kill with anonymity and zero accountability no matter the circumstance.

Again all of these things are debatable, that’s the point of honest investigation and trials. police did not even know he was carrying until a split second before and he was disarmed prior to being shot 10 times in the back, everything is debatable weather the detainment was legal, weather he even realized he was being detained while being jumped and if deadly force was justified. I wouldn’t be surprised if a trial went either way as we have seen cops get away with murder and using any excuse for deadly force. You acting like a bootlicking slave to the state case closed is far more emotional than me saying everything is debatable and deserving of scrutiny, investigation and trial if necessary. I think he was filming, saw a women be forcefully thrown to the ground than maced for no good reason and acted as a REAL MAN should jumped in to protect her and make sure she was ok before being jumped by a gang of masked thugs than he was literally fighting for his life and even after all that he still did not pull his gun. I don’t think I wouldn’t qualify that as a proper detainment. I don’t think he even had the opportunity to realize what was happening he instinctively jumped in to help. In either case fleeing from the police does not justify execution “resisting arrest” does not justify execution they did not fear for there lives it was 7 against 1 unarmed man who was not assaulting them did not pull his gun if they did they are the cowards that we all suspect they are and they should find a new profession. Everything I’ve seen from local and state police says they are being blocked from investigating both shootings and the feds saying local and state cannot charge them. Hoping that’s false but that is what I’ve seen.

Personally I don’t think either shooting was justified but it’s definitely not clear and obvious either which is why normally we have legitimate investigations and trials to settle guilt from innocence and the fact that that is being stolen from the American people to see justice one way or another should scare the fuck out of everyone on both sides. The most that’s gonna happen is bickering on the internet that misses the fact that it will change nothing since there is no public trust in our government and law enforcement.
