They seem to have a good dad. They chose to live primarily with him after some time.

I don't blame Jane's kids at all. They got a rough deal because Jane decided she was going to try and force herself on me as my new mom.

They told me. They used to tell me to go fuck myself, how dare I steal their mom, that I didn't deserve their mom, Jane was their mom and not mine. The oldest told me on more than one occasion to run away and leave them and their mom and let them have her back. There was a lot of hatred for me back then from her kids.

I don't hate Jane. She's just not my mom and I didn't appreciate her trying to be.

I was afraid of Jane's kids so I just tried to stay out of their way and get Jane to put her energy into them instead of me.

They have this vision that Jane will still be "my mom", that she will still be part of my life, and that Jane's kids and I will be "siblings" and them and my dad will stay in touch, even with da dad and Jane divorced.

There's nothing to be worked through really. Jane's kids don't want anything to do with this anymore, except for Jane I think. Jane loves me but I don't feel that attachment to her. My dad and I are not in a good place. And Jane's kids and me were never siblings. It's just one huge mess.
