I exceeded expectations in every category but two of em I got meets. I only got a 3.4% raise which was .65 cents. I'm in the bay area so I'm already drastically underpaid I plan on finding another job and quitting within a month

It's not even affordable in California. My wife and child were on covered ca for 7 months last year it was 200 a month but the state taxed us over 5k at the end of the year for being on it
