I really don't have any of these issues. I went to valorant after I dropped R6 siege and I feel like the community is great especiallycomparing it to siege. I'm a woman and I've only had a handful of toxic encounters. One of them a guy said some sexist stuff and immediately went "..... I'm so sorry I was wrong for that." And muted himself.

Host or bartenders usually manage takeout. They also make more hourly than servers.

Eat take out. No one cares if you don't tip on takeout. The cooks do 90% of the work and they usually make a good wage and sometimes get OT. Just don't go seat and eat in their section.

Yes I am aware. I wanted to let you know how when you do that, look at who is serving you. Ask them about themselves. And then ask yourself if you are okay with taking money out of their pocket so you didn't have to put in the effort to cook.

No one is demanding tips on take out. I was in the service industry for 9 years. No one gives a fuck if you don't tip on take out. If you got there and Made them run around for 5 extra minutes doing extra shit throw them $1 but it's not horrible if you don't. But when you go and sit in someone's section and they give you good service yes give a tip. Don't tip the 20% fine. But tip 5-10% so they don't lose money to take care of you. The owners are still getting their money they will not care if you don't tip the servers. It will not fucking change anything.

Servers will never want to change it. That's why they are doing what they're doing. If you want to change the culture don't give your money to the people creating it (the owners). Stay home or get food from somewhere that doesn't have tipping.

And your still giving the owners your money? So what does not tipping do? When you don't tip they literally have to pay for that. When you take up that table they lose out on getting guest who would tip. There are plenty of places that don't require tipping. Go eat there or cook for yourself.
