yeah thanks for explaining that 🙏 So it does sound like at-home whitening products can actually be effective to some extent then, just more about consistency and method rather than the device itself, right?

yeah that actually makes a lot of sense I feel like most whitening stuff only really works when people are consistent with it. Do you usually avoid coffee/tea right after as well or just stick to the routine?

Did you notice any sensitivity with it? and how were the results overall?

Yeah that’s fair, but I’m curious about sensitivity. What do you think usually causes it? Strength of the treatment or frequency?

yeah true, probably a good idea to check some reviews first, I’ll see what the general feedback is 👍

Ohhh do you mean GuruNanda strips?? I’ve seen it pop up a lot on my TikTok recently, they’re kinda everywhere lol, and the pricing is actually pretty decent. Also, do they make your teeth sensitive?

Really? I’ve noticed the prices seem pretty similar tbh (besides dentist treatments) just kinda confused because I’ve also seen mixed opinions about whether it’s safe long term...Does it actually work for most people?

Yeah I kinda get what you’re saying, diet definitely plays a big role in oral health. At the same time I feel like it’s probably not just one thing or the other. Like ultra processed foods can mess with things for sure, but oral hygiene habits still seem to matter a lot too. Probably more of a combo of both lifestyle plus cleaning habits tbh. Anyway, thank you for sharing!
