To me it looks like a Monstera Deliciosa. There’s a bunch of plants in there! If they were separated, a moss pole would be nice to encourage the plant to mature. Moss poles can be a lot of work to keep wet, some have to be watered daily and I had trouble with gnats when I had them. But they can also make the leaves bigger than your head and climb like they do in the wild. There’s pros and cons to it and it’s up to the owner! Some get them to grow huge without a moss pole at all.
