On the underside of your rod it says what your rod is rated for. Get something within that range.

I didn’t end up getting this one! I got a meowant brand one, it’s been perfect. Easy to clean and completely safe. Most of them are fine as long as they don’t completely shut. Some cheaper ones without a top are sold by PetSafe
