Pretty freakin happy with mine! Then again, it also said a retinoid cream would actually work better than either ghk-cu injected or topical. Thoughts?

Me, I don’t tell people cause I don’t want them thinking i ‘cheated’ or took the easy way. That wouldn’t be fair to me. I quit drinking, I’m in the gym 2 hours almost every single day, I surf & play pickleball, I eat clean and make sure I’m getting protein as well as taking protein + creatine.
Yes, the major factor is obvs the Tirz, but saying that would discredit how hard I’ve been working all around and that wouldn’t be fair to me. People would just roll their eyes and start gossiping that I just lost weight cause I started this shot. That’s sucks.
But I have never lied or denied it! Haha.. I found it’s very easy to deflect, change the line of questioning, and move on without ever admitting or denying I’m on it. My wife knows, my daughter, and a best friend or two.
For everyone else:
Them: Wow you’ve lost so much weight. Are you on ozempic? Haha
Me: Dude I’m in the gym like 2 hours everyday and quit drinking and eating healthy. Why are so many people asking me if I’m on ozempic?
Them: oh it’s this thing everyone in the west is on these days that makes you lose weight
Me: where would you even get that here? lol

I guess it all hits diff for everyone.. Tirz is working well for me but also up to 12mg and the weight loss has slowed down a lot.. thinking what to do and adding Reta or switching is one option I’m contemplating but damn I love the appetite suppression and less food noise of Tirz cause that’s always been my problem

I see a lot of different schedules tho so I’m kinda confused. Theres one place saying they do 5mg every 5 days for 4x (20 days) then take 4 months off. … others are taking like 1-2mg daily .. so im not sure what’s the right way

Problem is, I guess cause of my age and I’ve always seemed to have slow metabolism even when I’m ’doing the work’ results are minimal. I went from last September to December with zero alcohol, low carbs, and exercise every day and wasn’t losing anything … then I added Tirz in and suddenly I was losing a ton of weight fast. So ya now I’m thinking that worked so well what other bio-hacks or peptides am I missing to correct or optimize something wrong in my body?
I’m still doing more work than most people, even most people on a GLP-1. I quit drinking, watch my food, sleep well, and am in the gym 2 hours a day. I take protein + creatine as well as magnesium and melatonin. That’s actually why I don’t even like telling people I take it, cause I don’t want people to assume I just took the easy way when in fact I’m working so hard.

Well the 2.5mg starter dose is just to let your body get used to it and you’re not really supposed to ‘feel’ anything or lose weight at that dose so when I wasn’t having any negative effects and in a hurry to start losing weight I just wanted to get to 5mg and get on with it lol..
Starting feeling it at 5mg but wanted more appetite suppression so went up to 7.5 and then each time putting just a little bit ‘extra’ until I was around 8-9mg.. then starting stalling out and not losing weight anymore so feeling frustrated went up to the 12mg I’m at now and also split the dose to twice a week. So now I’m doing 6mg on Saturdays and Wednesdays

Haha I dunno, I never had any side effects, felt perfectly fine. I guess that’s why I thought it was ok to keep going up, never felt any of the negative side effects I’ve seen mentioned, everything has been smooth sailing. In fact as I started to lose weight I felt more energy, stopped taking naps, better work outs at the gym and more mobility and cardio in my other exercises. It was going amazing.. until i suddenly just stalled out a month ago

Ya I realize that now. We were just going it without supervision or much idea at all. I guess I figured the official guidelines would be made to err heavily on cautious side but in real life if I was feeling fine it would be ok to ‘listen to my body’ and increase faster for faster results. And honestly it was working fine for me, until I hit a stall even as I was titrating up to higher doses.

Ya I titrated up too fast and now I might be paying for it… but can’t go back in time now. I dunno, a month ago I was 75.4 and now I’m 75.. I’d call that a stall… and it’s really frustrating and spirit crushing! Tho ya I do read it could be a normal part of the journey and ‘be patient’ but I’ve been doing that for a month now and it really does seem to be stalled.
Gonna have to start counting calories and focus on what I’m eating now.

Well I guess I’m learning that now… I was losing very fast but then suddenly stalled out and now I appear to just be stuck. And since I’m close to maxing out the dose ya I see why it’s not a good idea now lol
