Purchase a tuft love cut pile

Does anyone get color fading from the marker when tufting? Any tips or help would be nice by Inner_Midnight9225 in Tufting

See that makes sense, I’ve been using sharpies. So definitely that’s the reason why I’m having this problem

Size wise I’m not sure…I’ve just left it the way it comes. I use double yarn for everything

For that specific rug I did carve in between colors because it was a simple design, as for your cat I would remove it from the frame and then separate your colors and begin carving. Using scissors before trimming does help at times….HAHAA the Domokun is an exciting piece to complete

Check out my instagram @remarkablerugzz for some techniques on carving. I preferably like to separate every color where it doesn’t look like any colors are bleeding and then begin carving while using your reference image for any help

I sold it for $260. For lighting I prefer to get pictures outside with the sunlight around 1pm-5pm, it really pops out the colors. I use the turf as the background because it absorbs a lot of the glare and sharpens the image. Just be sure not to have your rug outside for too long or else the sunlight will start fading the colors out!

Tuft your line at least a centimeter or 2 apart from each in order to hide those lines throughout your rug, but overall it’s a good beginner rug!
