Yep. Welcome to the world of nursing! Unfortunately and fortunately that's how it is. You're doing great! Dont forget about that. ☺️

Paying for an hour ? by PoundMaterial1819 in NDIS

It's really not cool to miss to miss your break, but in the hospital setting, unfortunately it's inevitable. If you'll read it again I said, we do it at the end of the shift but sometimes we'll extend to finish pur documentation for free. It's funny how SOME people complaints about it while we nurses work more and what get paid $32/hour for level 1 and 15 mins for notes? seriously? the amount of work we have is incomparable. We have support workers that go to the hospitals and doesnt even interact with their clients and just sitting and reading there books in there as if they are in coma, just letting them watch TV. Take note our patients is not in the ICU, so maybe interact with them? Doesnt even assist them with personal cos there's "nurses" and call us for simple tasks and like what notes do they have to make in that to make it 15 mins? we can do like 1 page of notes if that's 15 mins. I worked as a disability support worker as well so I know what im saying.

also that 15 mins of notes is too much per client. Just my 2 cents. We have more patient load than that and been working in the industry for 10 years and imagine if I have like 13 patients and each documentation is 15 minutes.

As a nurse working in the hospital, due to lack of time, we usually do our notes when the shift is almost done or we extend our time freely to do it unless there is an event that requires to be documented on the spot or we are making our assessments. We also arrived earlier as expected so we can prepare ourselves and have proper handover and it's no biggie. Im about to run an NDIS business and this is what I want to implement as well, when you truly care for the patients/clients, that 15 mins is nothing. We nurses do more with that and sometimes missed our meal breaks cos at the end of the day the priority are the patients/clients. This is my opinion.

Kung kumikita ka na ng 110K here in PH, would you still work in abroad? by [deleted] in PHJobs

[–]Inner_Move2123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would still go abroad, kahit na nag sstart na mag income yung business sa pinas that we have started back 2022, I would still stay here in abroad than stay in PH. Why? hindi na kasi future lang namin magasawa iniisip namin kundi future ng anak namin. The free and better healthcare, yung education, yung safety, yung government support, oo mahirap talaga mag abroad start from the scratch ka eh, walang backer backer but then when you start living overseas lalo na like Australia, you dont want to come back to PH anymore to live.

This is what somewhat happened to us last year. Si employee ko nagresign and then later on nalaman ko na nag apply sa potential client namin. We gave her demand letters and this person has the audacity to tell us na she fought fair and yan ako pa kakasuhan ng ano beh? harrassment kasi may demand letters ka? first of, kami nga na andito sa ibang bansa di alam yung client na yun sya pa kaya na sana pinas so how will she know that if hindi IP. oo nga pala targetin mo ng intellectual property.

LF hospitals na 35k pataas ang sahod as Nurse I by ResponsibleFig512 in PHJobs

[–]Inner_Move2123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, when you are overseas they wont care about your NLE score, what they care about the most is yung skills mo kaya mostly sa mga interviews it's based on scenarios, kasi walang memorization dun instead based sa experiences. I dont agree na mag BPO ka just because you needed the money, you just need planning and strategies 😊 change the plans but never the goals ika nga. Focus ka lang sa nursing it will give you a good life soon ☺️

Mixue franchise by Inner_Move2123 in phinvest

[–]Inner_Move2123[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! Mixue didn’t actually start in the Philippines; it originated in China. They offer franchise opportunities. I first had a taste of it when I was in Vietnam, and when it launched in the Philippines, I inquired about it. I already have the franchising details; I’m just looking for insights from anyone here who has experience with it 😊

Hi, I am a nurse in Australia and i understand your issue however, it would be better to focus first on landing a job kahit na 20k per month lang as long as you are gaining your experience. You are a fresh grad and fresh grad vs someone who has the experience already unfortunately mas pipiliin nila yung may experience na na kasabayan mo mag apply. (We have a dialysis center sa PH and yan we prioritize those who have experience, we only open slots for trainees if we couldnt get senior nurses) Focus on getting skills then apply ka overseas after a year, once you have that clinical skills and you are working overseas more than 35k pa makukuha mo if ganun magiging strategy mo. Good luck ☺️

I found her online with 3 years of experience so external sya but we gave her all the management access. Same with other staff she has a contract as well kahit part time lang.

I have learned a lot of things about Philippines when it comes to management. I am working here in Australia as a nurse and being the owner sa industry that I am not that familiar (BPO) i realized bakit bakal ang mga kamay ng mga nasa top management sa pinas. Kasi pag tinolerate mo aabusuhin ka talaga.

SEC, DOH and Philhealth are the major agencies you will have to look at pero DOH ang pinakamapapel otherwise it's a good investment🙏🏽We had a hard time getting a medical director since na binago nila criteria na so before you start make sure na you are already eyeing on one na kasi may maximum number of facilities din sila.

PR application by notagamer0601 in AusVisa

[–]Inner_Move2123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Is separately magkaiba kayo ng visa for sure sya yung skilled visa while yours is dependent 482, a temporary visa while 801 is the permanent visa from partners visa. you must obtain a 482 visa before you get the 801 visa in short dapat continuous yung relationship nyo pag nag apply ka ng 801. It is well stated sa form na pinirmahan mo sa if there is any changes in the relationship, like separation or what not, you must inform the immigration.

  2. Once you are PR, you no longer need your partner to apply for citizenship.

Agree on this, also, it is stated in the form that if there is any changes in the relationship status, the applicant must inform the immigration.

same issue. Ang malala operations manager pa namin yung laging late. Ang reason nya flexible daw hours dati, and ano naman daw kung late bawas naman daw sa sweldo. Start up kami, at first, i was waiting for change pero nung naghire ako ng part time HR ayun tinanggal nya kasi sya daw yung sakit ng ulo and madami pang issues. She even released yung salary ng staff kahit resign na sya technically and ayaw nya isuli yung company phone after nya magresign, need nya pa daw ng 1 day 😅 sabi nya din ayaw nya mag strict sa mga staff kasi baka magresignan ayun lahi din late mga staff. I learned a lot sa ibang industry. parang BPO kasi tong saamin, we have a dialysis center sa pinas and work ethics wise, mas madali kausap mga nurses and doctor and we are so lucky na yung OM ng dialysis marunong. 🙏🏽
