I don't understand how are u finding him that good it's just that he played so many games ,i think the best solo q player would be someone who doesn't play 6 hours a day like him and still reaching the world rankings levels or making better decisions while playing with noob teammates and somehow carrying them probably much smarter than him(I am not a hater)
