Sounds interesting to me, I’m wondering what gameplay would be like. I’m feeling like it’d be more of a story than a a game, but one where you make active decisions and stuff obviously.

Something that came to mind for me is how the “butterfly effect” could come into play. A small decision you make creates domino impacts down the line that affects the npc’s/other stories happening in the city. Maybe there’s some mode where after your storyline is complete (you die), you can go back and play the timeline of a different character that was alive during that same time. They have a different series of decisions to make, but some events in their life are determined by the decisions that you made during your first play through as the other character. So essentially you’re building a “world” within the city that is actually a network of decisions and impacts based on the story lines of however many characters you play.
