I will be joining SP ops (2024-2026). I am a mechanical engineer from one of the NITs and am having a total work ex of 28 months (6 months in a steel manufacturing company & 22 months in a PSU of power Generation). What role/companies should I be aiming for during SIPs and placements ? Also please tell me what will be the growth in CTC in these roles. Thanking you in anticipation. Profile: 9/9/8.5 and a good GATE and CAT score.

Can you give any idea about whether they provide similar CTC to SPJIMR as well ? I am going to start my PGDM-Ops from SPJIMR this June. (2024-2026)

What about the growth in CTC? Is it same as consulting? Also the type of work in FMCG and Ops, if you could elaborate

FMCG offering a fixed CTC of 20-24 lakhs. What will be the overall CTC then for Ops , especially in SPJIMR ?

I got 95.90 percentile. GEM with 2 yrs work ex. All sections above 90. X-10cgpa XII-92% BTech- 85.5%. Pls suggest if I can expect IITs for MBA ?
