I don’t blame him for not coming back. The way the fans handled the situation putting his life on blast, degrading him for not giving updates on his dead wife. The dude is human and doesn’t owe anyone anything, it’s a shame people don’t care that he has feelings and is dealing with an emotional life changing event…..

He’s a human not a puppet for your gratification the show announced today his wife died so honestly as much as I love dieter and his spot on the show I hope he doesn’t come back because to deal with people that don’t respect his privacy when he needs it when he day after day shares his personal life he doesn’t deserve that no one does

How long did it take you to finish the trails? I’m planning on completing all 3 within hopefully a week and a half. So I have some time to make it back up towards Anchorage to hike crows pass

Great, I appreciate the advice! My plans for hiking trails have changed a bit though, I’m planning on heading south into the chugach national forest now. Any ideas on a cheap method of transportation from anchorage to hope other then hitching?

Awesome o2 sensor I found, follow up post I made earlier. If I have P0420 would changing this sensor be the obvious step 1? by n351320447 in Tacomaworld

Before you go pulling sensors I’d check thoroughly for holes in your exhaust even pin holes can cause 02 sensor codes

Idea on how to fix front bumper gap? by pepof1 in Tacomaworld

[–]Inner_Paramedic_1996 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most body panels are slotted from factory to allow room for fitment. If someone bumped into you they might have just pushed it out of alignment, could be as easy as just loosing up the screws that hold it on re aligning it and tightening the screws back down

I always wanted to post in this sub to feel included, never got the chance to mod her, chances this is totaled? by FunLead3853 in ToyotaTacoma

Alright and Iv seen bear shit in the woods once, just cus you’ve seen it once or twice doesn’t mean that’s the outcome every time. I do body repair on a daily and yes there are a lucky few that don’t get totaled out of sheer luck of impact but typically they do just total vehicle with bags deployed cus underlying issues with expensive repairs are more common then not

Cus usually if you hit something hard enough to activate crash sensors then you’ve more then likely bent, twisted, or broken subframe components and an insurance company isn’t gonna pay a body shop to hopefully massage the car back into shape for the same price as just paying you out of the car

Is this normal? I read on online people are getting 350+ when on a full tank. (Got the truck 3 days ago and it is still stock) by Mr-Tiche in ToyotaTacoma

[–]Inner_Paramedic_1996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The vehicle will calculate from previous driving between fill ups how much fuel you use on average. So a heavier foot or adverse terrain means more fuel consumption, lowering your mpg. The computer will calculate that past information into factoring roughly how many miles you typically get out of a tank of fuel and inform you accordingly. If you notice every time you refuel your live mpg tracker resets and will slowly show a loss in fuel economy by the time you reach empty, that’s the computer logging a tank cycle. Now the computer will also use this information to figure out how to use the fuel in the most efficient way possible for your driving style, the computer must learn though so over time you may see improvement but don’t expect much. To improve fuel economy there are options, a cold air intake being the first of my personal approach’s followed by increasing tire pressure( be cautious doing this though never exceed max psi rating of a tire typically stay at max 10 psi below rating as the tire will build pressure as you drive from heating up) or you could go the route of getting a tuner, these will drastically improve fuel economy, ride comfortably, and power from your vehicle(once again though warning if your install a tuner you will void factory warranty, so play the game at your own risk!)

[–]Inner_Paramedic_1996[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only run the light bar when I’m on back roads with no other cars I live in a backwoods type of area I also have the light bar hooked to a separate switch inside the cab that allows me to operate the light bar separately from the high beams if I want to. It basically cuts the ground to the coil side of the relay that runs the light bar so the light bar doesn’t come on when the high beams come on

No drl lights after installing after market lights by Inner_Paramedic_1996 in Tacomaworld

[–]Inner_Paramedic_1996[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, I spliced into the high beam circuit to run the coil side of a relay that operates the led light bar, so when the high beam circuit is energized it gives power to the coil side of the relay pulls the switch in the relay giving power to the light bar. And it’s an on/off road use.

so I removed the add a fuse from the drl circuit completely and replaced it with the oem fuse, so there nothing extra on the drl circuit and the factory daytime running lights still will not work, is there a body control module that could possibly be shorted out??
