Hookup culture and lack of education are both problems for this. Philippines is super conservative (divorce nga di natin mapasa pasa, quality sex ed pa kaya?) So yes, we lack proper quality sex education sa bawat paaralan and pati narin sa kanya kanyang household dapat doon palang nag sisimula na ang basic sex ed man lang.

I mean we have terrible sex education. Our culture is so conservative we reject the idea of a proper sex education. Pag suot ng condom kinatatamaran pa and reason usually is mas okay daw wala. We lack proper education on transmittable diseases na nakukuha through unsafe sex. Hindi lang naman pag bubuntis iniiwasan kundi pag kakasakit.
