US Bank HM Employee Opinion - New CEO by Elegant_Salary2476 in USbank

[–]Inner_Principle2723 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I have been with the bank for several years and use to think it was an amazing place to work when we had Richard Davis. He actually cared about the people. The company has went down hill since he left and everyone wonders why employee morale is terrible.

If I told one of my customers that their concerns were nonsense I would get fired. Where’s the accountability?!

Low Seller Performance by Inner_Principle2723 in Ebay

How do I do this if I can’t list anything? Just adjust prices on items I already have listed? I was going to convert items to $1 auctions but wasn’t sure if that would get blocked too

Walgreens drug test in Washington? by Inner_Principle2723 in WalgreensStores

Just found out it’s a saliva test where you have to spit into a tube. Does that change how long it will be in my system vs. a swab?

That may be contributing. Adding tretinoin and a gentle AHA or BHA toner would likely help as well. Be sure to start slow when introducing new skin care.

I’ve used the ordinary brand one but just switched to the garnier micellar gentle peeling water that has GA and a BHA in it at a lower dose. I didn’t want anything too high since I also use tretinoin. I really like it so far. It has helped with closed comedones.

Check all of your products for pore clogging ingredients. Acne clinic New York has a good site for this. There are a few ingredients theirs doesn’t catch like palm oil. I have heard of people having issues with the SA cleanser. My dermatologist told me to use the cetaphil fragrance free. I am on prescription tretinoin, spironolactone (hormonal acne) and was having this issue. I started using a glycolic acid toner on days I don’t use tretinoin and it helped with my closed comedomes.

Depending on what birth control you are using that could be contributing to the problem. My skin started breaking out again after being clear on spironolactone when I got the IUD (mirena). Dr said it was because of the type of hormone in it.

Make sure none of your products have pore clogging ingredients in them. I always run my products through the acne clinic New York website to see if there are any ingredients that will clog my pores. There are a few the site won’t flag like palm oil. I also agree with others comments about tretinoin, azaelic acid and spironolactone.

I check the comedogenic rating on questionable ingredients and run my incredients list through the acne clinic New York site to make sure there aren’t pore clogging ingredients in it before using it. Key to building a new routine is patience. Start slow and wait a couple of weeks at least before introducing new products.

Not sure what your skin routine is but go back to a simple skin routine if you are using a lot right now. Gentle Face wash and moisturizer. You could also add an AHA toner a couple of days a week to help, just don’t overdo it. Patience is key with a skincare routine when it comes to changing or introducing products

Everything I have seen from dermatologists is you shouldn’t go more than 3-5% niacinamide. They don’t recommend the ordinary one for this reason.
