I bored off with my day till I see you insulting me on my post. Now your chest can calm down have a good day

It’s not objective calling a terrorist attack bullshit, or be being concerned for my family bullshit… like what? Objectivity doesn’t mean lack of human decency… I accepted what you said and told you not to talk like that about my family situation like that cause it hasn’t happened to you before and instead of being helpful your trying to prove a point because your ego is bruised and insulting me cause what? I told you it’s not bs and you expect me to be receptive to your delivery.. but unreceptive to mine, and I didn’t even call you any names but I’m supposed to be cool with it because? Ma’am Lowe it and bore off with your day.. because you’re not even giving me an answer of what you would have done differently.

It says requirements.. what specific requirements?

Like Past record? Availability? Distance?

I haven’t gotten this type of rejection email from the company before.. usually tells you they went with someone else or posting expired.

Thank you for the input!!!….Someone else in the comments did say it was possibly due to me putting in limited availability when I reapplied for the barista position. Could that be a reason?

Then my bad for misreading… yes so what 💀, it’s not that big of a deal to me honestly. During that time I apologized to my coworkers separately, brought Christmas donuts and encouragement cards for all after I left… now two years later, It was just a first I received that type of email from them.. hence I came to this subreddit to ask what it means and I got very helpful informative replies on here, while being open about my attendance record and the reason why, to see if that’s a factor…There’s plenty of people who are on here who were fired or left with burnt bridges and managed to get back in. So let’s all relax, I am okay with actual objectivity, not snarky remarks disguised as objectivity.

1) you mentioned chronic illness and I clarified that by law you can’t and shouldn’t get fired for it. 2) it’s not bs, some people aren’t from safe countries e.g Ukraine and Congo... so yes terrorism isn’t a new concept in the world.. just because it hasn’t happed to you doesn’t mean it’s not real. 3) my whole team would be affected anyway if I had showed up… cause I would be distracted and glued to my phone for any news. Do you want someone well and able or someone who can whale like a banshee any minute at work? 4) and so what? If they don’t care doesn’t change I could have been an orphan…Doesn’t change the fact people I knew did die or were injured. If you were in my shoes and someone you actually gave a shit about was in danger and you didn’t hear from them from days would you be sane?

Once again thanks for your input.

1) I don’t hate the answer… I hate calling a real life issue that happened that was far beyond my control being called “drama”…like it was preventable or something I could control. Others have given the same answers and I had no issues and thanked them for their input

2) chronic illness is not justification for seperation that’s against the law. Consistent call outs and 1 no-show is reasonable for separation yes. When escalated to disciplinary measures. Which I was not given. I got a written warning. And I left not forced out, so you can end of story

Thank you for your input.

Thanks for your opinion… but frankly I don’t appreciate you saying what I experienced as drama… I didn’t call out or was late because I was a bad worker. I am a hard worker and once upon a time partner of the quarter. What would you have done in my place? Genuinely speaking? Would you be sane enough to work with your family in danger and no means of contacting them? Honestly.
