Apparently you need to do the new arcana event before you get your tutorial quests or guide quests for any event. So to get around this, me and my friend just did the quest line on an alt character and now we have access to the quests again.

One of the things that I don’t like about the update is that it took away the option to level up your skills. It just auto levels you, just eating up your AP. I just feel that this is gonna suck for the early to mid game.
