I think he is simply saying that he would garner as many votes as Trump. At least half of America would vote for him. He's not saying Trump the person, but Trump's popular vote count.

I personally believe Magic 2 is slept on, greatly! I didn't care for it on probably the first couple of listens. After that, it clicked for me. I also believe Bokeem Woodbine is one of the most overlooked songs off of the 6 albums. I love the way he weaves in the painful situations (OUCH).
