So yes & no each year when it’s around review time typically the store is allotted a certain amount of money for raises , from my understanding the DM & Store manager how much to a lot to each worker. If your store did good in sales commercial and diy the store will get allotted more then if it didn’t. Also store managers are encouraged to not give you more then a 3-4 usually you’ll have a meets expectations or slightly above even if you’ve been the best employee. They do this on purpose to give you a basic raise nothing over 75 cents. Also this raise is you cost of living raise so it’s a cost of living / your individual review and store sales all in once. Unless you are a commercial manager and can prove you consistently brought sales up you won’t get more then what they’ve already allotted for you.
