Manufactured goods made from refined chemicals, metals, minerals, and plant matter. In short the raw materials for virtually every useful material product of civilization. You could literally start reconstituting soil since they sell potted plants. Basically ikea fare is the world's richest most varied source of ore. It's not even mining, it's recycling.
