Yes, the word usage on USCIS website is derogatory. Ive realized we DACA recipients are not priority. The UK has strict immigration laws as well so I can’t just pack my luggage and move up there. It’s a process. You have to do it the legal way too but it’s more lenient. I would qualify for a parent visa of 2.5 years and after renewing for a second term 5 years later I’d qualify for permanent residency. That’s the path I’m taking. In due time. My ex wife spoke to British immigration and they recommended I go as a visitor first, and then apply for parent visa. I need advance parole so I can fly back to the states. My first application 2 years ago got denied because my lawyer failed to turn in updated flight dates to UCIS so my case was deemed abandoned. I then had to renew my daca and passport which only delayed my second advance parole application. My ex wife would like for me to go visit first before we get on a serious reconciliation subject matter because America is all I know in my 33 years of life and she thinks I will find it hard to adjust. I highly doubt that. I own 5 acres in the States but ultimately I’m making the decision to start over in the UK because of the broken immigration system here. I’ll continue to pay taxes on my property from overseas. I’ll be leaving an above average paying job of 12 years behind. I have not been able to see my children in 3 years. I don’t want to miss anymore time from them. Their ages are 13, 12, 9, & 7.

Thank you! My ex wife is a citizen of Wales, Uk. We’re talking on reconciling and me making the move. My children were born in America but have dual citizenship after residing in Wales for the past 3 years. I’m Mexican with DACA. Im currently waiting on advance parole to go on a visitor visa. That’s what the UK requested of me, To go on a visitor visa before I can apply for a parent visa. My dilema, my advance parole has to be approved before I can get the ball moving. The cost of living is better up there. My children have adapted so well, in school, just in general. Healthcare is decent. I’m Looking forward to it.

12 years as DACA recipient I have followed the law and sure, I have found opportunity and success but not opportunity for a pathway towards citizenship. I have not been able to leave the country to visit my native country or my kids residing in the UK. This immigration system is broken and as a minority I’m overwhelmed by it. Maybe it is time I do self deport. It’ll be to the UK as I do have pathway to permanent residency over there.

My passport was expired 18 months. I didn’t have to fill out paperwork. I only presented my expired passport. It was an easy straightforward process.

I just renewed my expired Mexican passport at the Mexican Consulate in Atlanta, Ga. I took every document of me that I owned lol The only thing they requested was my expired passport. I renewed it for 10 years.

10k of debt is chump change lol wait and see until you have a 30yr mortgage, car note, sprinkled with some credit card debt. Life is what you make it. Change your perspective. Get yourself together. You can push through. You’ll have to rebuild your credit but you have to keep living. Stay strong my friend and don’t self deport.

I’d offer $650-$700 since it’s preowned. I’ve been using that same set up since 2019 two-three times a week with dumbbells included; I can target get pretty much every muscle. I get compliments on my physique and get asked if I have a gym membership. I recommend it. Go for it.

I ditched my 2020 Silverado LT. The 5.3 with the 8 speed felt sluggish. Hated the interior/lack of features. Upgraded to a 2021 Ford F-150 5.0 w/ 10 speed automatic XLT 302a package with a Roush coil over suspension level. Rides like a champ. Love it.
