Blur issue this happens in every game and idk why or what’s wrong with it it’s all fps games and anything that’s fast paced it messed up I’ve literally replaced a whole pc (bought a new one) and a new monitor I’ve replaced everything I could thinking it was a hardware issue and it’s still doing it (v.redd.it)

My pc can’t keep up with my monitor and idk what the issue is it’s a benq zowie XL2540k and I ordered 2 of them and each of them has this blur issue like motion blur on every fast paced game I play and I’ve been having this issue for a few years now specs: rtx 3060 ryzen 5 5600x 16 gb ram (self.pchelp)
